From the start, RMU was wonderful to work with. They understood our needs, costs and value proposition to our customer. Most importantly, they listened. They worked very closely with us throughout the process knowing how important it was for us to succeed in our first year. We were doubling in size. They were definitely instrumental in making our event an extremely positive experience for us and our customers. The School of Business has many events that are hosted in Sewall Center. The Sewall Center has great access from the parking lot and has many options for the size of an event. It can range from 15 people up to 250 attendees. This provides us with many options for all of our events. The staff handles the room set up, any smart cart needs, microphones and misc. We are always happy with our events at the Sewall Center.

The Sewall Center is a professional atmosphere with a flexible environment that fully meets the unique needs of the RMU Student Life Division. The CFS staff provides amazing support for all the things we do in their space. Among our many programs this year, we have hosted awards dinners, held leadership training sessions, performed original plays and celebrated Oktoberfest at the Sewall Center.

The Human Resources Department frequently works with Conference and Facility Services (CFS) employees in scheduling various events including the Employee Benefits Fair, New Employee Orientations and the Employee Service Recognition Program, to name a few. Our experiences working with CFS in planning and coordinating events has been positive. The professional staff handles necessary "behind-the-scene" details to enable events to run smoothly and accommodate last minute changes.
