Installation and Usage Instructions

RMU VMware View for Mac is officially supported on Intel based Macs running Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or higher (including Mac OS X Lion).

1. Click here to download the RMU VMware View installer for Mac.
2. Once the file is finished downloading (usually to the downloads folder), double click on it to open it.
3. You should see this screen:
   
4. Double click on the package to run the installer. By running the installer you are agreeing to the VMware View license agreement. You should see this screen:
   
5. Click continue and select your hard drive.
   
6. Click continue and then click install.
   
7. When finished, you should see this screen. If you experience any errors, please contact the Help Desk.
   
8. Close the installer and eject the ViewOSX disk image. You can also safely move the ViewOSX.dmg file to the trash.
9. Launch the VMware View Client from your Applications directory.
10. The following screen will be displayed. Click Continue and when asked, enter your RMU login ID and password to connect to RMU's VMware View environment.
