MEMBERSHIP & FREESTYLE ICE FEES

Figure Skating Academy Regular Season - September - May

All ice & class fees will be pre-purchased on-line.  Limited on-site registration will be available at guest services.  If you need to register at guest services, please be sure to allow time to register prior to getting on the ice.  Skaters will not be permitted on the ice without a receipt – no exceptions.

Figure Skating Academy Membership Fees ~ September 1, 2024– August 31, 2025
$130 Annual Fee
$80 additional family members from the same family

New FSA Membership on or after March 1 will pay a pro-rated membership fee:
Membership: March - August
$80 - Skater Membership
$50 - Additional family membership

Skaters do not have to be members of the FSAcademy to skate on the RMU ISC freestyle sessions.  Non-members pay the appropriate non-member fees.

*Immediate family members may share monthly ice packages but may not share on or off-ice class passes.  All family members must but current 2023-24 members of the FSAcademy.

Please Note:  If a skater uses all of his/her ice package sessions before the month has ended, he/she may additional pre-paid member walk-on sessions, which will expire 5/31/2025

Walk-On Ice Fees
FSAcademy Member Freestyle Walk-on Fee: $13/session 
Non-Member Freestyle Walk-On Fee: $15/session
Lesson Pass: $8/session**
**Lesson pass skaters must meet the lesson pass level guidelines and are restricted to sessions

Skaters passed Basic 6 are required to skate a "full session" which is 2 half sessions.  Skaters passed Basic 6 may not skate 1 half session as they will be charged for 2 session. ( Full session may be 50 or 60 minutes depending on ice schedule) Skaters may skate a ½ session before or after a full session.  Skaters may not only skate a ½ session or create their own session times with ½ sessions.

Pre-Paid Walk-On Session

All Pre-Paid Walk-On FS Sessions will expire at the end of the "regular season" which is May 31, 2025.  Skaters must use their pre-paid walk on sessions on or before May 31, 2025.  Any remaining sessions WILL NOT carry over into the summer session and may not be applied to the regular season starting on September 1, 2025.  No refunds or credits for unused pre-paid walk-on sessions.

Beginner Skater Lesson Pass & Hockey Lesson Pass

$8 per 30-minute lesson 
Beginning Skater or Beginning Hockey Skaters

•   Only applicable to beginner skaters who have not passed the LTS USA Basic 6 and/or ISI Delta Test. Skaters who have passed LTS USA Basic 6, ISI Delta or USFS testing structure who are practicing skills equivalent to these tests are not eligible for a Lesson Pass. Skaters may not skate before or after their lesson.
•   For beginner hockey players receiving a private skating lesson during a figure skating session.
Session times are limited. Hockey players are permitted on the ice with an instructor only and may not skate before or after their private lesson. Advanced skills or power skating, hockey sticks, pucks or  cones are not permitted on any figure skating session. The skating director or ice monitor has the right  to restrict hockey lessons based on skater’s hockey level and/or the space available during a figure skating session.
•   No Hockey Pass Lessons on Restricted or Low Freestyle Sessions.
•   Hockey pass lessons may only be private lessons, no semi private or small groups will be permitted, on any session.
•   Lesson pass skaters are permitted on restricted freestyle sessions. Basic 1 - 6 skaters are permitted to skate with a lesson pass on Low Freestyle sessions.
•   All lesson pass and hockey lessons MUST wear a helmet during any figure skating session lesson. 
Skaters who are not wearing helmets will be removed from the ice. This is for the safety of all skaters on the ice.
