At RMU Island Sports Center Figure Skating Academy, we offer two distinct summer training tracks designed to support developing skaters and competitive athletes alike. Whether your skater is looking for a full-day camp experience or a flexible, personalized training schedule, we have the perfect option for summer growth on and off the ice.
Skaters who meet the level requirements do not need to be members of the RMU ISC Figure Skating Academy to participate. This program is open to all skaters working with a private coach, including those from other clubs or training programs.
Full Summer Training Program is available June 9 – August 15, 2025.

Skaters and families are encouraged to work with their private coach to create a summer schedule that best supports their skating development.

Our full-day summer camp is designed for young skaters building a strong foundation in their skating journey. This structured, supervised program includes on-ice sessions, off-ice fitness, style and movement classes, specialty instruction, and fun team-building activities.

Due to the higher number of National Qualifying Series Skaters at ISC, we have created a designated NQS Freestyle session for these skaters. Skaters must be registered for the 2025-26 NQS Series Juvenile - Senior levels to participate on these sessions.
In addition, there will be an NQS Only Power & Presentation on Ice class taught Tuesdays & Thursdays, ice time permitting, 8:20 - 8:50 AM. On the days that the NQS Power & Presentation class is not offered, NQS Skaters are encouraged to join the High Level Power & Presentation Class - Tu/Th 10:15 - 10:45 AM in the Olympic Arena. On-Ice Class pass will apply to both NQS & High On-Ice Class
